Social gatherings

The College encourages Indigenous families to meet the Indigenous Education Team and other staff member during informal gatherings throughout the year, such as our welcoming BBQ and social afternoon tea. Families and other community members are also invited to celebrate significant events with us, with involvement in College liturgies, assemblies and cultural activities.

2017 Welcome BBQ

It was great to have staff, families and friends come and enjoy our welcome barbeque this year.  Cameron welcomed us to country with a beautiful performance on the didgeridoo that even stopped the kids in their tracks to listen.  Mr Nick Antoniazzi cooked up a storm and Katelyn proudly introduced our special guests and staff to families. We were blessed to have our TCEO Representatives present and our Padua Indigenous Leader and School Captain, Aliyah thanking Daniel Passi for all he has done for our school and best wishes on his way to life in the Defence.

It's always great to see so many students and families taking part in such a great evening.

Padua Campus Indigikids Club

Term 4 has seen many changes to rooms across our campus including the use of our IndigiKids Room.  We are currently seeking a new space to catch up for a yarn and share stories and play with friends.
